At Zone Health Club, we use science and technology for Women Weight Loss Training in Maroochydore to drive positive outcomes – at all fitness levels. We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques for Zone Health Club Weight Loss Training aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 47 minute training sessions that are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic, fun group environment.


Class sizes of Zone Health Club Weight Loss Training range from 6 to 8 depending on member demand, with more than 25 classes per day and the ease of working through our zones it allows our trainers to spend more time concentrating on our members!

Chris has had a long career and education in the fitness industry spanning over 30 years. A Buderim local, Chris has serviced Maroochydore, Sippy Downs and the Sunshine Coast as a PT and Strength & Conditioning Coach. In 2018 he opened Zone123 Gym, with a goal to deliver a better way for clients to progress their fitness and general wellbeing in a fun supportive atmosphere unlike ordinary Women Fitness Training Gyms Maroochydore has.

Chris has had a long association with Queensland Surf life Saving including Director of Sport, and Director of Strength & Conditioning with QLD Cyclones, plus General Manager of many well-known fitness gym brands. His qualifications include Level 3 Strength & Conditioning with ASCA, Diploma of Fitness and the creator of 7 Moves.

Now known as Zone Health Club it is all about its members… Chris implemented some great modifications, challenging how we think about a normal fitness and Women Weight Loss Training in Maroochydore No mirrors, small class sizes of 8 or less, 12 different class types all named after Star Signs, and best of all a gym space specifically designed so all you have to do is turn up and experience the movement of your body without being restricted to a machine.
